What I offer

My name is Annabel, and I’m a family & systemic/cognitive behavioural psychotherapist working across the lifespan—from young children to older adults. I welcome clients of all ages and backgrounds! The cornerstones of my practice are always respect, curiosity, and care for what you bring to therapy.

Over the past ten years, I’ve worked with families facing a wide range of challenges, including mental health difficulties, behavioural concerns, family conflict, and navigating significant life transitions. I bring experience from my work within specialist and senior roles in adult NHS services and CAMHS (child and adolescent mental health services).
